Cause of formation of adsorption particles on extruded aluminum profile

1 performance of "adsorbed particles" and their impact on product quality

There are more and more methods for the surface treatment of aluminum profiles. In addition to the general oxidation profiles, the patterns of electrophoretic profiles, spray profiles, fluorocarbon profiles and wood grain paint profiles have appeared in succession. The defects of "adsorbed particles" have little effect on common oxidized materials, but they have a great influence on other forms of treatment, mainly hinders the appearance of these profiles. In extrusion production, the "adsorption particles" of extruded profiles will be observed after careful observation or sliding on the surface of the profiles by hand. Most of the small particles can be removed from the sawing process by blowing or wiping. But some of them are still adsorbed on the surface of the profiles due to static electricity. After aging treatment, these particles are more tightly adhered to the surface of the profiles. In the profile surface pretreatment process, some can be removed because of the influence of the concentration of the slot liquid, but the small hemp pit is formed on the surface of the profile, and some can not be removed, then the protruding is formed. This problem often occurs in electrophoresis and spray profile production.

The cause of the formation of 2 "adsorbed particles"

The influence of 2.1 die

In extrusion production, the mold works at high temperature and high pressure, and the mold is elastically deformed under the influence of pressure and temperature. The working belt of the die is parallel to the direction of the extrusion. After the pressure, the deformation of the working belt becomes a trumpet shape. Only the blade part of the working belt contacts the adhesive aluminum formed by the profile, which is similar to the knife cutters. During the forming process of sticky aluminum, particles are continuously taken out of the profiles and adhered to the surface of the profiles, resulting in "adsorption particles". With the increase of sticky aluminum, the mold springback will cause bite mark defects. If the sticky aluminum is more accumulated and can not be pulled out of the profile, the sticky aluminum will not fall off when the die is springback, which will form the surface roughness of the profile, the bright strip, the section tear and the die plugging. The aluminum phenomenon of the mold is shown in Figure 1. The extrusion die we use now is basically a plane die. In the case of no peeling, the surface of the rod and the internal impurities are accumulated in the dead zone of metal flow in the mold. With the push of the extruded rod and the increase of the number of extruded roots, the impurities in the dead zone are constantly changing, and some of them are brought out by the normal flowing metal. Accumulates in the space after the deformation of the working belt. Some were pulled out by profiles and formed "adsorbed particles". Therefore, mold is the key factor to cause "adsorption particles".
