Body stamping parts, sub assembly (welded by stamping parts), body skeleton and all kinds of interior ornament are generally called body panels. The quality of the covering parts has a great influence on the quality of the vehicle, especially for the welding and appearance of all kinds of cars and buses, so the inspection of the quality is necessary for the automobile production plant. Work. For domestic small stamping parts, special inspection fixture is used as the main testing means to control the quality of products between processes. Countries such as the United States, Germany and Japan, which are highly automated in the automotive industry, have begun to adopt on-line testing equipment to respond to product quality problems efficiently and quickly. Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. introduced two sets of on-line testing equipment in 2001, but it has not been effectively used because of technical and management reasons. And because of the high cost and technical requirements of on-line testing equipment, it is difficult to be widely used in the detection of small body stamping parts in our country. With the rapid development of the car and passenger car industry in recent years, the application of body cover fittings in the domestic automobile industry has been widely used. The national economic and Trade Commission has listed the production capacity of the inspection tool in the assessment procedure of the production conditions of the vehicle enterprises. Therefore, the design and manufacture of special special inspection tools with convenient operation and high testing precision have become a lot of automobile students. A problem that is urgently to be solved by the manufacturer.




1. The positioning and clamping of the workpiece




Correct and reasonable positioning of workpiece is the basis of accurate measurement. The positioning method of body panels on the inspection fixture is mainly clamped by positioning holes and clamping heads or clamped by permanent magnets. With the wide application of the device in the body manufacturing, the lever type movable chuck and permanent magnet have a series of products, and the movable chuck also has a bracket or bracket with different types and sizes. Most body panels have main and secondary two positioning holes. The main pin is usually cylindrical pin (circular hole) or diamond pin (waist hole) to limit the degree of freedom in the two directions of X and two. The accessory pin is a conical pin or diamond plug pin to limit the degree of freedom in the four directions of Z, X, Y, Z. When designing the fixture, punch holes in the specific positioning holes (whichever is placed into the positioning pin bushing), and give the body coordinates of the positioning holes. At the same time, the location gaskets and movable chuck are arranged in the positions with better rigidity and reasonable distribution to ensure the firm positioning of the workpiece. In design, the number of clamping points should be minimized to ensure that the active chuck does not interfere with other components when working, and that the operation of the workers is convenient, and the body coordinates of the center of the upper surface of the positioning gasket are finally given. For a workpiece with only one positioning hole, because the main positioning hole can only limit two degrees of freedom, the positioning gasket also plays the role of limiting the degree of freedom of the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from rotating around the main positioning pin. 2. Design of floor assembly


A certain distance is stretched along the surface of the base surface to make the lowest point greater than the thickness of the 150mm, so as to ensure the specific strength of the inspection. At the same time, the upper surface (base surface) of the bottom plate, that is, the bottom surface of the floor assembly, is in the integer position of the body coordinate system. The concrete base plate assembly is generally composed of base plate, channel steel (when necessary in intermediate processing steel), positioning block and universal wheel. When the base plate is fixed by the test concrete, the other components can choose the standard model according to the actual situation.


3, detection of holes


Many important holes and flanges need to be detected separately in the body stamping parts. In the design of the inspection tool, the convex platform with 1mm thickness is usually added to the surface of the inspection. The center of the protruding platform is on the same axis as the center of the workpiece hole, the diameter is larger than the diameter of 5mm, and the double line method is used on the convex platform (see the following chart). When the accuracy requirement of the hole is relatively high, the location hole is detected by plug gauge and bushing.
